1 Egg Yolk1/4 tsp of vanilla or almond extract2 tsp of sugar or no calorie sweetenerThree tablespoons of white flour1 tbsp of butter
Melt butter in microwave and mix with sugar. Add extract and egg yolk, mix. Add each tablespoon of flour, mixing in between each addition. Mix well and microwave for forty-five seconds, checking for doneness at forty.
