1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Lemon juice 3 cups shredded Zucchini 2 tsp Baking Soda 0.75 cup Organic liquid Egg White 1 cup Now Sports Pea Protein 3 cups Swerve All Natural Sweetener 1/4 cup 365 Everyday Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 1 cup Power Cakes- Kodak Cakes 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Teff Flour 1 cup Harrisburg Dairies Cultured Whole Buttermilk 1/3 cup Canola Oil
Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingrediants in large bowl and wet ingrediants, including zucchini, in smaller bowl. Hold nuts. Mix wet ingrediants into dry and then fold in nuts. Spray to standard loaf pans with non stick spray and bake for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
