Lentils and Chuleta

Ingredients
1 pork chop (3 oz more or less), boneless1/2 cup lentils1 tomato1-1/2 cups waterSpices
Directions
Wash lentils, then put them in pan with water
Chop the pork and add to the lentils
Dice tomato and add as well
Add salt, garlic powder, curry, or wathever you like.
Water is your choice, mine is a bit watery, like a soup almost, if u want it more consisten add less water or drain the excess.

Serving Size: Makes two 1.5 cup servings
