M&J's Beef & Pork - Crockpot

Ingredients
4 lb chuck roast (or any other beef roast)4 lb Pork roast1 large onion, sliced3 cloves, diced garlic1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Cube both roasts and put into empty crockpot, add onion and garlic to the top and sprinkle with black pepper. DO NOT ADD ANY LIQUID. Cook on low for 8 hours. Makes 12 - 1 Cup servings.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes!! (nutrition facts does not include the rice or potatoes)
