Beef chuck, arm pot roast, trimmed and cubed 2.5 lb Carrots, raw, 6 medium Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Beef stock, home-prepared, 2 cup*Flour, white, .25 cup Paprika, .25 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Garlic powder, .25 tsp *Russet Idaho Potatoe (4 Medium)
Directions
put all in 6-qt slow cooker and cook 10 hours on low
