Ingredients
3 slices whole grain bread3/4 c. cubed ham1 c. cheddar cheese1 c. nonfat milk4 eggsSalt & Pepper
Directions
Layer bread, ham, cheese in square baking dish. Beat eggs together, then add milk, salt & pepper. Pour over other ingredients. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 6 servings. This dish can be made the night before and refrigerated.
