Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients
1lb ground beef1 small onion, chopped1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked2 cans Tomato Soup, condensed1 1/2 cans water
Directions
In large skillet, saute ground beef and onion, drain fat and stir in uncooked rice. Remove from heat. Cut cabbage in small wedges and put in bottom of greased casserole dish. Pour ground beef and rice mixture over cabbage. Combine both cans of tomato soup with water, mix well and pour overtop of ground beef mixture, making sure to pour along all edges. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.

    Awesome, also used minute brown rice, full turkey (cut my recipe down enough for two), and seasoned. Also used 1 can diced tomatos and 1 can tomato sauce. Awesome job, just need to edit it and add the Cabbage on ingredient list. Thanks for sharing. - 2/6/11

    Five stars are not enough for this recipe. This is one I will absolutely put into regular rotation. I did make a few adaptations. I used brown instant rice, used half ground beef/ half turkey, added some garlic powder, allspice, parsley and thyme. - 3/10/08
