Artichoke Cheese Dip

Goat Cheese, Soft, 1 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp Monterey Cheese, 4 slice (1 oz) Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cupButter, salted, 1 tbsp *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .0625 cup Olive Oil, 2 1tsp Artichoke Tapenade, 2.5 serving Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained Onions, raw, .25 cup, choppedGarlic, 1 clove
Add oil to pan on med heat. Add garlic then onion stirring occasionally while browning the onion. Add butter to melt, then add flour. Mix flour around to combine wit butter/onion mixture. Brown slightly. Add milk and stir constantly to incorporate. Stir on med heat until well combined and texture gets a little thicker. Add goat & jack cheese stirring constantly until well combined and melted. Fold in the artichoke and capers and turn off burner. Pour mixture into oven safe dish and add shredded parm to top. Broil to make bubbly.
