Ingredients
30 gr of porridge Oats, 1 scoop Elite- Butter Cream Toffee Mix- Protein powder, 1 serving (or any other proterin powder flavour or brand)20 gr dried Currants- Fruit (or raisins)Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup 1/2 teaspoon linseeds
Directions
Cook oats with water according to package instructions
Mix milk with protein powder and add to cooked oats
Top with dried currants and linseeds
