MiM 2 TBSP golden flax flour1 TSP baking powder 1 TSP cinnamon 1 packet stevia (or your choice sweetener) 1 TSP SF vanilla syrup 1 egg 1 TBSP butter substitute Blend together wet ingredientsadd dry ingredients, adding baking powder lastNuke for 1.5 minutes (or less)Topping (NOT INCLUDED IN TOTAL, SEE BELOW)1 TBSP whipped cream cheese low fat1/2 TSP SF vanilla syrup 1/2 packet stevia (or your choice sweetener) After you take the MiM out of microwave while warm spread the topping over it...yuuuummmmmmm Total N/C WITH topping is 1.44!!! But don't forget to count your sweeteners :)
If you use flax seeds, whizz them into a fine flour
Golden flax seeds are better flavor than regular.
Blend together wet ingredients
add dry ingredients, adding baking powder last
PAM spray in mug or cereal type microwavable bowl
Nuke for 1.5 minutes (or less)
After you take the MiM out of microwave while warm spread the topping (below) over it...yuuuummmmmmm
