Creamy Tuna on Toast

Ingredients
2 cans of tuna packed in water1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)1 cup peas8 slices of whole wheat toast
Directions
Combine condensed soup with almond milk in sauce pan and whisk until creamy. Add tuna and peas and cook over medium until heated, about 5 minutes. Spoon over toast and serve.
