Vegetarian Meatballs

Ingredients
1 c grated Parmesan Cheesea pinch of Sage4-6 eggs1 small onion1 cup crushed Saltine crackers (1 sleeve)1 cup Pecan meal
Directions
1 In a food processor grind pecans to a fine powder
2. Finely chop onions and garlic
3. Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 inch balls.
4. Fry in hot oil until browned.
5. Eat plain, in a sandwich or add to spaghetti sauce and pour over pasta. Enjoy!
