2 C COOKED quinoa ~ 0.5 C raw2 C Oats, steel cut dry0.5 C Cranberries/craisins, dried 0.5 C peanut butter chunky or smooth0.5 C 2% milk1/3 C Syrup brown rice or corn1/4 C Flax seed ground1/8 C Chia seeds1/8 C Sesame seedsdash of Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Have 11x7x1.5 in pan handy.
Toss all ingredients into large bowl.
lightly oil hands and mix ingredients thoroughly.
Put mixed ingredients in pan.
Bake at 350 F for 15 min.
Let cool the cut into 8 even bars.
Refrigerate.
