3 cans of concentrated tomato soup3 equal parts skim milk24 ounces salmon, cut into chunks1 tablespoon garlic powder1 tablespoon dry basil
Mix the tomato soup with milk as directed on the can in a medium sized soup pot. Add the fish and the seasonings. Heat on medium high heat-stirring constantly to prevent scalding and fish from sinking to the bottom. Once the soup starts to boil, continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes to ensure the fish is cooked through.
