3 slices chopped turkey bacon1 tbsp chopped onion1 tsp Grapeseed oil2 med. organic corn tortilla1 whole egg1 egg whitesalt & pepper optional
Oil pan with the Grapeseed Oil. Add onion first heat until slightly wilted then add Turkey Bacon. Cook until heated through. Wisk eggs together pour over meat and onion and let set add salt and pepper to taste. Then spoon ingrediants onto your Corn Tortilla's, roll up and enjoy.
