Ingredients
2.5 lbs lean roast beef, (once dehydrated is less than 1/2 the original weight. )1 bottle soya sauce low sodium blk pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt , marinade overnight, then drain, discard leftover sauce. for nutritional purpose I measured leftover sauce and subtracted from total amount
Directions
marinade slice beef in sauce overnight, drain in morning and dry with dehydrator for 3 to 4 hours
makes 20 servings at 1/2 oz each
