Lowfat Berry Blast Smoothie

Blueberries, Raspberries and Yogurt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 8oz servings.

I drink one half one day and freeze the second half for the next day. Blend with a little extra milk or OJ, and you're good to go! I've also added extra protein powder and ground flax seed for additional nutrients.
