Cilantro chicken soup

Ingredients
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes.5 cup each chopped onions and chopped bell peppers1 tablespoon each onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder,cumin powder, and paprika2 tablespoons dry cilantro6 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro6 cups of water5 chicken boullion cubes
Directions
In a large soup pot, sautee onions and peppers in butter for 3 minutes. Add in the chicken and sprinkle with the seasonings. Add water and boullion cubes. Cook on medium high heat until the broth reduces some, and chicken is cooked through.
