Ultimate Waffles

Ingredients
2 Tbs coconut flour4 large eggs, separated4 oz. cream cheeseSweeten to taste1/2 tsp vanilladash salt
Directions
Whip egg whites until stiff peaks. Then whips yolks ,coconut flour, cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Gently, fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture. Grease your waffle iron. Do not add batter until iron is hot. Wait til steam subsides. If you like them crisp leave them in a minute or two longer.

Serving Size: Depends of how big your waffle maker is. I just divide the number by 3.
