Corned Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients
Corned Beef (4 cans)Carrots (514g)Potatoes (298g)Red Onion (205g)Cabbage (1987g)Water
Directions
In a dutch oven or large pot (5 1/4 qt) put all ingredients except cabbage. Add 2 cups of water and turn on the burner on medium heat. Fill the pot to the top with cabbage and place lid. Let simmer for a bit and stir and quish the corned beef. When the cabbage has gone down, add more to fill the pot and place the lid. Do this until all of the cabbage is in the pot. Let simmer on low stirring occasionally until all of the vegetables are soft. Add water as needed. Add pepper to taste
