Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats (Dry)1/2 cup quinoa (dry)4 cups water with oats, and 1 cup water with quinoa5 cups rhubarb, diced, frozen or fresh
Directions
prepare oatmeal cereal and quinoa separately as per package instruction. cook rhubarb, either from fresh or frozen. Blend together and refrigerate, Keeps for up to 10 days, or to your comfort level.
Garnish with Greek yogurt, flax seeds, and maple syrup
