Tuna Broccoli Chowder

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced2 quarts water1 - 5 oz. can tuna1 - 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup1 - 10.5 oz. can cream of celery soup1/2 - 10 oz. bag frozen broccoli1 TBS onion powder1 TBS garlic powder1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Add water, seasonings, and potatoes to dutch oven and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes then add broccoli and continue simmering until vegetables are tender. Add all remaining ingredients, stir until well blended then remove from heat. Serve hot,
