Grilled Garlic Lemon Salmon

Ingredients
4 4-ounce Atlantic salmon fillets2 garlic cloves, finely chopped1/2 cup Worchester sauce1/2 cup lemon juice1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)1/4 tsp ground gingerSalt & pepper
Directions
In small bowl, wisk together chopped garlic, Worchester sauce, lemon juice, EVOO, ground ginger, salt and pepper. Dredge fillets in marinade mixture and set on hot grill plates. Spoon or brush remaining mixture over grilling fillets. Turn fillets after 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt (sea salt) and pepper to taste.
