Ingredients
2 lbs steak2 cans black beans (drained)2 cans kidney beans2 cans diced tomatos for chili1 can tomato paste1 medium onion1 bell pepper1 celery bunch1 tbsp Chili powder1 tbsp Paprika1 tsp Sugar1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Cumin seed1 tsp Pepper, black1 tsp Cilantro, dried1 tsp Oregano, ground1 tsp Parsley, dried1 tsp Cayenne pepper1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes. Place in slow cooker along with all other ingredients except the tomato paste. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Stir in the tomato paste and serve.
