Ingredients
2-3 large eggs.2 cups shredded zucchini1 tbsp coconut floursaltpeppercoconut oil or bacon grease to fry in
Directions
shred the zucchini and set aside. Beat eggs, flour, and add salt and pepper to taste. Combine the egg mixture with the zucchini and fry over medium to low heat.
