Catfish with Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients
LEMON DILL SAUCE: 6 tbsp kraft fat free mayonnaise 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepperPOTATOES AND FISH 3/4 lb baby red potatoes, quartered 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp paprika 6 catfish fillets 2 tbsp lemon juice 6 sprigs fresh dill 1 lemon, sliced 6 cups steamed green beans
Directions
SAUCE: in mixing bowl combine mayo, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. set aside in refrigerator
POTATOES: in large bowl coat potatoes with olive oil, half of the salt, half of the pepper and half of the paprika. coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and arrange potatoes in a single layer. bake in 400 degree oven for 10 min
FISH: coat a glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. place fish skin side up in dish and drizzle with lemon juice. season with salt and pepper. fold fillets in half and top with paprika, lemon slices and dill sprigs. after potatoes have cooked 10 min add fish to oven and bake an additional 20 min until fish is done and potatoes are tender. serve with lemon dill sauce and green beans.
