Vegetable Panini

Ingredients
4 4" Pita Breads2 slices Provolone Cheese1 tbs Italian Dressing1/2 cup Zucchini1/2 cup Roasted Peppers1 Portabello Mushroom
Directions
Marinate Vegetables in Dressing for one hour.
Grill the Vegetables . Then Place 1/2 slice of cheese on each of two pitas then 1/2 Zucchini, 1/2 Peppers, 1/2 Mushroom and 1/2 of cheese again, close up with other 2 Pitas. Grill in a Panini pan or foreman grill until cheese melts.
