Spicy Crunchy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
300 Grams red potato3 Small onions235 Grams cooked chicken breast (about one large)2 Green bell peppers1/4 Cup dry roasted cashew nuts1.5 tablespoon olive oil1/2 tablespoon singapore seasoning (penzeys)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop everything into 3/8-1/2 pieces except the bell pepper, which you should cut into pieces roughly double the size. Heat pan ripping hot, stir fry potatoes, salt, and onions in oil until softening. Add peppers, sear the snot out of them. Dump everything else in. Keep heating and stirring until warm. Add salt pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Put it in your mouf.
