Chicken Cutlet and Broccoli Calzone

Ingredients
13.8 oz Pillsbury Pizza Crust Classic, 1 servingChicken Cutlet - Fried with Planko bread crumbs (6oz) Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped*Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz
Directions
Stir fry Broccoli and Chicken in a separate pan using 1 tablespoon of oil

Spreadout Pizza dough in a rectangle

Spread Ricotta Cheese

place Chicken and Broccoli and Mozzarella cheese on 1 side of rectangle, leaving room at the edges

Fold over dogh to create a picket and crimp the edges closed.

Place on a baking dish at cook at 425 for 18 minutes

Remove and slice into fours. Serve with Maranara to dip (not included in nutritioal facts).
