Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 med. onion, chopped1/4 c. green pepper, chopped1 can black beans1 can white beans1 can green beans1 can yellow beans1 can garbanzo beans1 can red kidney beansDressing:3/4 c. splenda1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper3/4 c. white vinegar1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions
Mix all vegetables. Mix dressing a pour over beans. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, drain all liquid from the salad. Toss in 1/4-1/2 c, salad or olive oil. Serves at least 20.
