Yvonne's Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
1 egg1/4 cup butter1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup 1% milk1/4 cup white sugar3 medium bananas pureed or mashed2 cups flour1 TBS Stevia powder = 3 TBLS sugar3 TBS Chipits, semi-sweet chocolate chips2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Blend together egg, butter, vanilla, milk and sugar, then add the bananas.
Mix together flour, stevia, chipits and baking powder and add all at once to the moist mixture.
Blend until just blended.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes in a greased muffin pan.

Serving Size: Recipe makes 12 muffins
