Tomato Salad with Ricotta

Ingredients
6 Plum Tomatoes, cut into wedges1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Tbsp. Balsamic VinegarKosher SaltFresh Basil, chiffonade*1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese (part skim)*Note: If you use fat free or whole ricotta cheese, it will change the nutrition information for this recipe.
Directions
-Cut tomatoes into wedges and place in a mixing bowl.
-Season with salt.
-Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic.
-Toss with fresh basil.
-Divide into 2 bowls for serving along with 1/4 cup (in each bowl) of ricotta cheese.
