PB2 Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour3/4 Cup PB21 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup Promise Light Margarine3/4 Cup Brown Sugar1 Large Egg1/2 Cup Oatmeal1/2 cup Raisins
Directions
In small bowl, mix together flour, PB2, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in egg. Gradually mix in dry ingredients and oats. Stir in raisins. Drop by tablespoons onto greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden brown. Cool for several minutes before removing from the pan, then cool completely on wire rack before storing.
