Ingredients
Butter, salted, 4 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedstarkist chunk light Tuna in water (3 oz), 2 serving *Flour, white, .125 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 8 ozPeas, canned, 1.5 cup*Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1.5 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.5 cup Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Directions
Sautee onions in butter till soft. Mix flour in warmed almond milk, smooth out any lumps, add to onions. Stir to thicken. Add salt and pepper. Drain tuna and vegetables, add to mixture. Heat thoroughly. Serve over toast points (not included in calorie count).
