Directions
Combine: *Breadcrumbs - Progresso, plain, 0.5 cup (remove)
*currants - dried, 0.25 cup (remove)
*Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), .5 serving (remove)
Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
*Cumin seed, .5 tsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Ground beef, extra lean, 24 oz (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)

Make 30 meatballs, brown sides, put in slow cooker on low.

Combine


Tomato Paste, 0.25 cup (remove)
*Orange peel or rind or zest_1 tsp, 1 tsp (remove)
*1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder, 1 serving (remove)
Pepper, red or cayenne, .12 tsp (remove)
Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)

Add to slow cooker, cook for 6-8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 10 servings of 3 meatballs each
