Jo's Lentil Soup

Ingredients
4 C onions, diced1 C celery, diced1/2 bag baby carrots8 oz diced, cooked ham64 oz chicken or beef broth1 C lentils, rinsed and drained1 tsp saltPAM
Directions
Spray large pot with PAM, heat and add vegetables and cook until wilted, add broth. Boil until vegetable are tender. Drain and discard vegetables. Add ham and lentils. Cook in crockpot until lentils are tender.
