Coconut Crusted Tilapia with Spicy Orange Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
2 - 4 oz. Tilapia Filets1/4 c. Panko Bread Crumbs1/4 c. Flaked Coconut1/2 t. curry powder1 egg1/4 c. Orange Marmalade1 T. Lime Juice1/4 t. Chile Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, coconut and curry powder. In a separate bowl, lightly beat egg with a fork. Dip each filet in egg, then bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly so bread crumbs adhere. Spray with non stick cooking spray.Bake about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Combine marmalade, lime juice and chile powder, serve on the side for a dipping sauce.
