Simple Cinnamon Scones

Ingredients
3.75 cups dry buttermilk pancake/all-purpose baking mix such as Trader Joes or Krusteaz.25 cups cold unsalted butter3 Tbsp sugar1 Tbsp cinnamon1 cup cold fat-free milk
Directions
Mix baking mix and sugar in a large bowl. Cut butter into the mix until it resembles coarse meal -- you can also pinch butter in with your fingers. Add the milk and stir until moistened. Put dough on floured work surface and knead 5 times to make a ball. Form dough into an 8-inch circle and cut into 8 wedges. (Makes 8 large scones of 282 calories each, or cut each wedge into two parts to make 16 smaller scones of 141 calories each!) Serve with tea.

    Good recipe but no baking instructions!!!! I cut them into 8ths and baked them for 20 min at 400 - 5/11/12
