Mel's Honey Nut Granola

4 Cups Rolled Oats1 Cup Whole Almonds1 Cup Sunflower Seeds1 Cup Pecan halves 1/3 Cup Canola Oil1/2 Cup Honey 1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tbsp ground Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix oats thru pecans. In a separate bowl, mix oil, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until well blended. Pour over oat mixture - stir until thoroughly combined. Spread out on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes, until desired level of "toastiness" is reached. Remove from oven and cool completely, stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
