Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cupMilk, nonfat, 1.75 cupFlour, white, 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cupOats, .25 cupBaking Soda, .5 tspSplenda, 1 tspBaking Powder, 2 tspSalt, .5 tspCinnamon, ground, .1825 tspVanilla Extract, 1 tspBlueberries, fresh, .5 cup
Preheat griddle.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until done.
Makes 12 pancakes.

We really liked these and will make it again. I made smaller sized pancakes (about 4" diamter) and there were a lot! I have plenty for another day. I would have rated these 4.5 but couldn't. I would like to make a bit more thicker next time and add more than .5 cup blueberries. Still these r great! - 4/15/08
