Jenha's Peanut Butter Hemp Granola

1 cup oats5 tbsp hemp hearts2 tbsp peanut butter2 tbsp honey1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Combine peanut butter and honey in a small microwave safe bowl and heat for 20 seconds on high.
4. Stir vanilla and cinnamon into the melted peanut butter mixture.
5. In a medium bowl, combine oats and hemp hearts. Drizzle with peanut butter mixture and stir until oats have been completely covered.
6. Spread mixutre over prepared baking sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350* or until lightly browned.
7. When cooled, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of 1/3 cup each
