Savory butternut squash souffle

Ingredients
1cup cubed butternut squash, cooked1/2 cup egg substitute2tbsp whipped cream cheese1/4 cup light sour cream1/2 tsp sagePinch ground nutmegSalt & pepper, to taste Cooking spray1 tbsp whole wheat breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray a two-cup, oven-safe glass bowl with cooking spray, then evenly coat bottom and sides with breadcrumbs.

Put all other ingredients in food processor or blender and purée until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared bowl & bake for 45-50 minutes, until puffed and soft set in center. Serve immediately.
