No bake energy bites

Ingredients
1 c dry oatmeal, old fashioned rolled oats2/3 c. coconut (I used sweetened)1/2 c. natural, dry roasted peanut butter1/2 c. ground flax seed (you can use wheat germ too)1/2 c. mini chocolate chips1/3 c. honey1 t. vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Chill. Roll into balls using a heaping tablespoon. Keep refrigerated.
