Oven Fried Fish

Ingredients
Ingredients: Olive Oil, 1 tbspFlounder (fish), 4 fillet Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1/2 cup *Egg white, 1 serving
Directions
Heat oven to 360 degrees
Lightly coat a cooking sheet with olive oil
Season fish with dry seasoning to taste
Dip fish in egg white
Lightly coat fillet with bread crumbs
Place on greased cooking sheet
When all four fillets are completed place cooking sheet in the oven. Flip fillets with spatuala when the edges start turning a medium brown color . Bake until fish is flaky on the inside crisp on the outside..
