Pseudo Nachos

Ingredients
1 can of Hormel Turkey Chili with no beans1 can Sloppy Joe mix, thick and chunky3 Poblano Peppers (diced)2 Tomatoes (diced)0.5 Onion (diced)3 Red Potatoes (diced)
Directions
Pre-Heat oven 375F. Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish. Cook for 25 minutes and serve hot.

Top with cheese if you want. Serve with something to eat it with or just with a fork.

Serving Size: Makes as much as you want but say 6 servings
