Ingredients
1 cup Silk Light plain soy milk1/2 cup YoLite vanilla yogurt1/2 ripe banana1/2 cup frozen blueberries1/2 scoop Spirutein Vanilla powder
Directions
Put soy milk and Spirutein in Ninja and pulse to dissolve. Add other ingredients, pulse again until desired consistency. Enjoy!
