Easy Spinach Quiche

1 refrigerated pie crust5 eggs0.5 package of frozen spinach (thawed)1 cup of 2% shredded cheese (cheddar, or mozzerella)garlic powder (optional)black pepper (optional)
preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
put pie crust in pan
in a separate bowl place the thawed spinach. Pat the spinach with paper towels to remove excess water. Sprinkle the spinach with garlic powder and/or black pepper (optional). Add eggs and cheese and mix together and then pour into the crust.
bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes until the center looks set (may puff up a little at the end but will settle down after out of the oven).
Serving Size: 8 pieces per pie
