THEN MIX TOGETHER GENTLY
PUR INTO 12 MUFFIN CUPS AND BAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES OR UNTILL DONE.

    This was so easy to make and delicious to eat. I was serving them to a crowd so I baked these off as 36 mini muffins at 48 calories each. The group just popped them in their mouths without any spread and they didn't even know they were "healthy". I will definately be baking this one again. - 4/14/09

    I will try to help here. WW is probably whole wheat, and there is probably 1/4 cup of crushed pineapple in this. As for the measurements, .5 will be 1/2, so 1.5 will equal 1 1/2 cups on the flour, and .5 tsp. will equal 1/2 tsp. Hope this helps.
