Michelle's Chicken Enchildas in Red Sauce

~Chicken Breast (boiled), no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed~Enchilada Sauce (Old El Paso Mild), 1 can~ 9 Rosa's Tortillas~Food Club Shredded Mild Cheddar, 2 cup ~Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped~Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking pan. Shred pre-boiled chicken breasts into mixing boil. Add garlic powder and 1 cup of cheese. Place a scoop of chicken and cheese mixture onto a tortilla and roll into an enchilada. Place enchilada into pan. Repeat until mixture is done. Sprinkle onion on top of enchiladas. Top with the enchilada sauce and sprinkle remaining cup of cheese. Bake for 25min.
