Cheesy Salmon Scramble

Ingredients
Atlantic Salmon (fish), 8 oz Cream Cheese, 6 oz Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Shallots, 1.5 tbsp chopped Egg, fresh, 7 large egg white, fresh, 4 large Butter, salted, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Broil salmon and flake. Melt butter, cook scallions and shallot. Add remaining ingredients (including salmon) and scramble eggs. Serve.
